ABOUT THE CLIENT

Migrostore, a startup based in Poland and funded by the EU program Poland Prize, embarked on a mission to provide a comprehensive solution for Ukrainian refugees seeking assimilation in Eastern and Central Europe. Their vision was to simplify this process through a mobile app that would serve as a vital tool for refugees during their transition. As their technology partner, our team took on the challenge of delivering a full-cycle MVP implementation for Migrostore. We collaborated closely with the startup to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring that every aspect of the mobile app aligned with their objectives.

Scope

Market Research and Validation

Conducted extensive market research to understand the needs of Ukrainian refugees and validate the concept, ensuring the product would effectively address their challenges.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis

About the project

At Migrostore, our client aimed to provide a comprehensive solution for refugees impacted by the war in Ukraine. They envisioned a one-stop-shop platform where individuals could access support from government agencies, receive private legal assistance, and submit job search requests.
As their technology partner, our role was pivotal in bringing this vision to fruition. From the inception of the idea to the final software solution, our dedicated CRUDX team took charge of the entire development process. We began by conducting thorough Business Analysis to understand the unique needs of refugees and then assigned a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the development journey.
